"This recycling program is designed for the collection of Original Equipment Manufactured cartridges only and cell phones. All returned shipments to CORE must contain at least 70% OEM cartridges in order for freight to be covered. If more than 30% of the cartridges received are considered remanufactured, we will deduct the freight amount from the value of all cartridges received."
